Discover the city of the first Europeans in the new world, Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, founded by Bartolomé, the brother of Christopher Columbus in 1496 in the east coast of the Ozama River. During our trip, we go through Altos de Chavon (Coral city), an artistic town near La Romana on the south-east coast of the Dominican Republic, one of the most famous landmarks in the country.
Santo Domingo: The first city in America founded by Europeans, the capital of the Dominican Republic. It was founded in 1496 by Bartalomé Colón, on the east coast of the Ozama River. In 1502 Nicolás de Ovando moved the city to the west coast of the river. It is a cosmopolitan, flourishing city, full of historical buildings that show the Spanish conquests of the American continent. It is the largest city in the Caribbean. Santo Domingo is a varied and interesting area for both tourism and its people. There are plenty of invaluable ancient buildings that can be visited in excellent condition today. A pleasant walk in the historical part of town is needed to find out how important and beautiful these buildings are. The Santo Domingo night is a pleasure for young people and adults because in the night hours there is an endless range of bars and leisure facilities.
Punta Cana/Bávaro: Passengers will be picked up at the front desk of the hotel in the morning between 6:30 and 7:30 am, return to the hotel between 19:30 and 20:00.

- Travel by minibus to Santo Domingo.
The journey takes 90-100 minutes. Personal check-in at reception. Air conditioned comfortable buses of 12-28 people with experienced drivers. During the journey we can gain insights into the lives of local residents.
- Los Tres Ojos.
Our trip leads to the Los Tres Ojos caves, an interesting place with underground caves where small lakes can be found underground. Definitely breathtaking views and natural decorations are accompanied by rocks in the caves.
We can have a completely different sight to the city from the Teleferico that is a cable car basically.
- Columbus Lighthouse.
The road continues to the Columbus Lighthouse, built for the 500th anniversary of the discovery of America and the celebration of the American Evangelization. The Christopher Colombus Light Mausoleum is also located here.
- Historical district.
The historic part of the town is coming up on our journey which is part of the World Heritage Site, the city of Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, which was the first city in America founded by Europeans. The name comes from Spanish settlers who founded the city. This part of the town is full of colonial buildings and cobblestone streets, as well as the Alcazar de Colón and the Cathedral of America, this magnificent building began to be built in 1512, its style is completely different from the habit because it is influenced by the Gothic architectural style.
- Presidential Palace.
After lunch we continue our journey to the Presidential Palace (current president is Danilo Medina), then we visit the Duarte Market and some richer and poorer Santo Domingo neighborhoods: Bella Vista, Ensanche Piantini, Capetillo and finally La Zurza.
At the end of our tour, we leave to the hotels by minibus before sunset, we reach the hotels in the late hours of the evening.
